Managing Your Photos
Great photos make a great first impression. Crowdr lets you upload up to 6 profile photos and arrange them in the order you prefer. Here's how to manage them.
Adding Photos
- Go to the Profile tab and tap Edit.
- In the photo grid, tap the + button on an empty slot.
- Choose your source:
- Camera -- take a new photo on the spot.
- Photo Library -- pick an existing photo from your gallery.
- The photo uploads automatically and appears in your grid.
Reordering Photos
Your first photo is your main profile picture -- it's the one people see first during games and in the Spark Lounge.
- Drag and drop any photo to rearrange the order.
- Move your best, clearest photo to the first position for maximum impact.
Deleting Photos
- Tap the X button on any photo to remove it.
- You must keep at least 1 photo on your profile at all times. The app won't let you delete your last remaining photo.
Photo Requirements
| Requirement | Details |
|---|---|
| Minimum | 1 photo required |
| Maximum | 6 photos |
| Formats | JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC |
| Max file size | 10 MB per photo |
Photos are automatically optimized after upload so they load quickly during games.
Tips for Great Profile Photos
- Lead with your face. Your first photo should be a clear, well-lit headshot or upper-body shot where your face is easy to see.
- Show variety. Mix close-ups with full-body shots, and include photos of you doing activities you enjoy.
- Use natural lighting. Photos taken in daylight or well-lit spaces always look better than dark or flash-heavy shots.
- Skip the heavy filters. People want to see the real you. Light editing is fine, but keep it authentic.
- Include a candid shot. A photo of you laughing or in your element feels more genuine than a posed studio portrait.
- Avoid group photos. It should be obvious which person you are in every photo. Save the group shots for your camera roll.
