Fixing Payment and Subscription Problems
All Crowdr Premium purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Here's how to resolve the most common billing and subscription issues.
Premium Not Showing After Purchase
If you just purchased Premium but your account still shows as free:
- Open Crowdr and go to the subscription screen.
- Tap "Restore Purchases".
- Wait a moment for Apple to verify your purchase.
This usually resolves the issue immediately. Apple purchases can occasionally take a few minutes to process.
Charged but No Premium Access
If you were charged but Premium features still aren't available:
- Wait a few minutes — Apple transactions can sometimes be delayed.
- Try "Restore Purchases" from the subscription screen.
- Check your email for a receipt from Apple to confirm the charge went through.
- Restart the app — force close Crowdr and reopen it.
If the issue persists after 30 minutes, contact us at [email protected] with your Apple receipt.
Think You Were Double Charged?
Check your active subscriptions to make sure you don't have a duplicate:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Look for any duplicate Crowdr subscriptions and cancel the extra one.
Requesting a Refund
Since all purchases go through Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple directly:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the Crowdr charge and request a refund.
Alternatively, you can contact Apple Support directly for help with refund requests.
Subscription Expired Unexpectedly
If your Premium subscription ended when you weren't expecting it:
- Check your payment method — go to Settings > Apple ID > Payment & Shipping and make sure your card is valid and up to date.
- Apple may have been unable to renew due to a declined payment. Updating your payment method will trigger a retry.
- Check Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to see the current status of your Crowdr subscription.
Managing Your Subscription
To change your plan or cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Crowdr to view, change, or cancel your plan.
Note: Cancelling your subscription will let you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period.
