Fixing App Crashes and Loading Issues

If Crowdr isn't loading properly, freezes on a blank screen, or keeps crashing, try the steps below in order. Most issues are resolved within the first few steps.

Step-by-Step Fix

  1. Force close the app and reopen it
    • Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-press the Home button on older iPhones) to open the app switcher.
    • Swipe up on Crowdr to close it completely.
    • Wait a few seconds, then reopen the app.
  1. Check your internet connection

    • Make sure you're connected to WiFi or cellular data.
    • Try switching between WiFi and cellular to see if one works better.
    • Open Safari and try loading a website to confirm your connection is working.
  2. Restart your device

    • A simple restart can fix many temporary glitches. Power off your iPhone, wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on.
  3. Update Crowdr to the latest version

    • Open the App Store and search for Crowdr.
    • If an update is available, tap Update.
    • App updates often include bug fixes that resolve crashes.
  4. Update your iOS

    • Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any available updates.
    • Crowdr is optimized for the latest iOS versions.
  5. Delete and reinstall the app

    • Press and hold the Crowdr icon, then tap Remove App > Delete App.
    • Go to the App Store and download Crowdr again.
    • Sign in with the same Apple ID — your account is safe and all your data will be restored.
