Joining the Queue

Before a speed dating game can begin, you need to join the game queue. The queue is how Crowdr gathers 10 compatible players into a lobby so the fun can start.

How to Join

1. Open Crowdr and head to the Home screen.
2. When a game session is live, you'll see a "Join Queue" button.
3. Tap it and you're in -- that's all it takes.

What Happens While You Wait

Once you're in the queue, the app shows you:

• Your position in the queue.
• Estimated wait time until a lobby is ready.
• A live animation so you know things are moving along.

You're free to stay on the screen or navigate elsewhere in the app -- you'll get a notification when your lobby is forming.

How Lobbies Are Formed

Crowdr builds lobbies with a balanced mix: 5 men and 5 women. The queue is segmented by:

• Gender -- to ensure an even split.
• Language -- so everyone in the lobby can communicate comfortably.

As soon as the right combination of 10 people is ready, the lobby forms automatically and the game begins.

Leaving the Queue

Changed your mind? No problem. You can leave the queue at any time by tapping the "Leave Queue" button. There's no penalty for stepping out -- you can rejoin whenever you like.

Priority Queue for Premium

Tips for Faster Connecting

• Join early -- queues fill fastest right when a session opens.
• Enable notifications -- get alerted as soon as a session goes live so you don't miss the rush.
• Complete your profile -- a fully set-up profile ensures you're eligible for game placement without delays.

Troubleshooting

• "Join Queue" button is greyed out? Games might not be live yet. Check the countdown timer on the home screen for the next session.
• Stuck in the queue for a long time? During off-peak hours, it may take longer to gather 10 players. Try again during a busier session window.
• Got disconnected? If you lose your connection while in the queue, reopen the app and rejoin. Your spot is not held if the app is closed.
