How to Delete Your Account

If you'd like to permanently remove your Crowdr account and all associated data, you can do so from the app.

  1. Go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top corner.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. You'll be asked for a reason (optional) — this helps us improve Crowdr.
  5. Confirm the deletion.

What Happens When You Delete

Here's what to expect after you confirm:

  • Your profile is immediately hidden from all other users. No one will be able to see you, message you, or connect with you.
  • You have a 90-day recovery window — if you change your mind, simply sign back in with the same Apple ID within 90 days to reactivate your account with all your data intact.
  • After 90 days, everything is permanently deleted — this includes your photos, messages, connections, profile information, and all other personal data. This action cannot be undone.

Cancel Your Subscription First

Active subscriptions are not automatically cancelled when you delete your account. To avoid being charged after deletion:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find Crowdr and tap Cancel Subscription.

If you don't cancel, Apple will continue to bill you even though your account is deleted.

Changed Your Mind?

If it's been fewer than 90 days since you deleted your account, just open Crowdr and sign in with the same Apple ID. Your account will be fully restored — profile, photos, and all.

After 90 days, recovery is no longer possible. You'd need to create a brand new account.
