How to Block Someone

Blocking is quick, private, and takes effect immediately. If someone is making you uncomfortable, you never have to explain yourself — just block and move on.

1. Open their profile or your conversation with them.
2. Tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner.
3. Select "Block".
4. Confirm when prompted.

What Happens When You Block Someone

• They can't see your profile — you become completely invisible to them.
• Any existing connection is removed — they'll no longer appear in your connections, and you won't appear in theirs.
• They won't be placed in your future game lobbies — you'll never be paired with them in speed dating rounds.
• Their messages are silently hidden — any messages they send will never reach you.

The blocked person is NOT notified. They won't know they've been blocked.

When Can You Block?

You can block a user at any time, including:

• During a speed dating game — if someone is being inappropriate in a round, block them right away.
• From your messages — open the conversation and use the menu.
• From their profile — tap the menu on their profile screen.

Unblocking

If you change your mind, you can unblock someone from Settings > Blocked Users. Unblocking will not restore a previous connection or message history.
