Creating Your Crowdr Account

Getting started with Crowdr is quick and easy. We use Apple Sign-In as our sole authentication method, which means you never need to remember another password or go through a lengthy signup form.

How to Sign Up

1. Download Crowdr from the App Store on your iPhone.
2. Open the app and tap "Continue with Apple" on the welcome screen.
3. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
4. Choose whether to share your email or hide your email -- either option works perfectly. If you choose to hide it, Apple will create a private relay address for you.
5. That's it -- your account is created automatically and you're ready to set up your profile!

Why Apple Sign-In?

• No passwords to manage -- authentication is handled securely through Apple.
• Private and secure -- Apple doesn't share your data with us beyond what you approve.
• One-tap login -- returning to Crowdr is as fast as a single tap.
• Hide your email -- Apple's private relay feature lets you keep your real email address hidden if you prefer.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to use Crowdr. Your date of birth is verified during the profile setup process after you sign in. Accounts belonging to users under 18 will not be able to proceed with onboarding.

Signing Back In

Since Crowdr uses Apple Sign-In, logging back in is seamless. Just open the app and tap "Continue with Apple" again. Your device recognizes your existing account and signs you right in -- no credentials to type.

Troubleshooting

• Don't see the Apple Sign-In option? Make sure you're running iOS 13 or later and that you're signed into your Apple ID in your device settings.
• Getting an error during sign-in? Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, restart the app.
• Accidentally chose the wrong email option? You can manage your Apple Sign-In preferences in Settings > Apple ID > Password & Security > Apps Using Your Apple ID on your device.
