Restoring Purchases

If you've reinstalled Crowdr, switched to a new iPhone, or your Premium features aren't showing up even though you have an active subscription, restoring your purchases should fix it.

How to Restore

  1. Open Crowdr on your device.
  2. Navigate to the subscription or paywall screen (you can find this from your Profile tab or when prompted to upgrade).
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases".
  4. The app will sync with Apple to verify your active subscription and re-enable your Premium features.

This usually takes just a few seconds. Once complete, all your Premium perks -- extra votes, connect credits, Date Anytime, and the Likes tab -- should be back.

Important: Use the Same Apple ID

For restore to work, you must be signed into the same Apple ID that was used to make the original purchase. If you're using a different Apple ID, the restore won't find your subscription.

To check which Apple ID you're using: Settings > tap your name at the top -- your Apple ID email is displayed there.

Troubleshooting

If restoring purchases doesn't work, try these steps in order:

  1. Check your subscription is still active. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device and confirm that Crowdr shows an active or renewing subscription.

  2. Sign out and back into your Apple ID. Go to Settings > tap your name > Sign Out, then sign back in and try restoring again in Crowdr.

  3. Restart the app. Force close Crowdr completely (swipe up from the app switcher) and reopen it, then try restoring again.

  4. Restart your device. A full device restart can resolve syncing issues between Apple's servers and the app.

  5. Check your internet connection. Restore requires a stable connection to communicate with Apple's servers.

Still Not Working?

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, contact our support team. Please include:

  • The email address associated with your Apple ID
  • A screenshot of your active subscription from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • The device model and iOS version you're using

We can verify your subscription status on our end and help get your Premium access restored.
