Managing Your Subscription

All Crowdr Premium subscription management is handled through Apple. Here's how to view, change, or cancel your plan.

How to View or Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap Crowdr.
  5. From here you can see your current plan, next billing date, and cancel if needed.

What Happens When You Cancel

  • You keep Premium until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel on day 5 of a monthly cycle, you still have Premium for the remaining days you've paid for.
  • No partial refunds -- cancellation simply stops the next renewal from being charged.
  • Your connections and messages are safe. Canceling Premium doesn't delete any data, conversations, or connection history.
  • You revert to the Free plan once your billing period ends. This means 1 YES vote per round, no connect credits, scheduled games only, and no access to the Likes tab.

Switching Between Monthly and Yearly

To change from one plan to the other:

  1. Cancel your current subscription through the steps above.
  2. Wait until the end of your current billing period.
  3. Open Crowdr and resubscribe with your preferred plan.

You won't lose any Premium time -- your current plan stays active until it expires, and you can subscribe to the new plan at that point.

Auto-Renewal

By default, subscriptions auto-renew. Apple will charge your payment method on file at the start of each new billing cycle. To stop auto-renewal, follow the cancellation steps above -- this turns off future charges while keeping your current period active.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled directly by Apple Support, not by Crowdr. To request a refund:

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Find the Crowdr charge and submit a refund request.

Apple reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
